SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas State men's basketball head coach Terrence Johnson announced the signing of Caleb Steger to the program for the 2026-27 season on Wednesday.
"Caleb checks a lot of boxes for us. He brings great positional size, the ability to stretch the floor with his three-point shooting and defensive versatility," said Johnson. "Caleb gained valuable experience early in his career in the ACC and we expect him to make a seamless transition to the new Pac-12."
Steger joins the Bobcats after playing his freshman season at Boston College. He appeared in all 31 games for the Eagles and made one start. He averaged 3.3 points and 1.0 rebounds per game in 11.3 minutes a contest.
