The Athletic Administration Complex has served as the hub of Texas State Athletic operations since its berth in 2002. The facility, which is annexed with Strahan Coliseum, houses the department's administrative offices, which include the facilities, marketing, compliance, business operations, sports information and the Bobcat Club offices. The Head Family Director of Athletics main office is also located in the administrative complex.

In March 2008, San Antonio businessman and Texas State Alumnus, Darren B. Casey made the single largest gift to the Texas State Athletics Department, and in return the annex was dedicated April 9, 2008 and officially named in his honor. The complex is officially named the Darren B. Casey Athletic Administrative Complex.
