Bobcat Stadium: 4 hours before game time
Strahan Arena at the University Events Center: 1 hour before game time
Bobcat Ballpark: 1 1/2 hours before game time
Bobcat Softball Stadium: 1 hour before game time

The ticket office is closed on weekends and during University holidays.

Directions to Ticket Office:
From I-35 North (Austin)
Take IH-35 South toward San Marcos, TX. Exit 206 Aquarena Springs Drive and turn right onto Aquarena Springs Drive. The ticket office is located on the North Side of Bobcat Stadium facing the light at Aquarena Springs Drive and Post Road.

From I-35 South (San Antonio)
Take IH-35 North toward San Marcos, TX. Exit 206 Aquarena Springs Drive and take left. The ticket office is located on the North Side of Bobcat Stadium facing the light at Aquarena Springs Drive and Post Road.

 
 Ticket Purchasing Options

 Football Will Call

Tickets and Texas State Will Call will be available beginning 4 hours before the start of the game. Cash and credit cards will be accepted at the ticket windows.

Football Game Day Ticket Collection Areas:
  1. Gate 2 (West Side Ticket Booth) - Purchase Tickets, Media Will Call, Suite & Club Will Call
  2. Pass List Tent (NoRth Side Gate 2) - TXST Player Pass List, High School Coaches Pass List, Non-Football Recruits
  3. Gate 4 (North Side Ticket Booth) - Purchase Tickets, Student ID Issues
  4. Gate 6 (Main Ticket Office/Northeast Ticket Booth) - Purchase Tickets, General Texas State Will Call, Print-at-Home Issues
  5. Gate 8 (Southeast/HEB Ticket Booth) - Purchase Tickets, Visiting Team Pass List, Visiting Team Will Call
  6. End Zone Complex (South End Zone) - Football Recruits Check In   
Note: We encourage all fans to use the Print-At-Home ticket feature when purchasing tickets online.  After purchasing tickets, simply select "Print-at-home" to print out your tickets utilizing your desktop printer.  Bring the print out to any entrance, have it scanned and enter the game.
 
 Pass List - Texas State Player Guests/High School Coaches/Non-Football Recruits

Guests of Texas State players, Texas High School Coaches, & Non-Football Recruits picking up tickets for a football game can claim their tickets at the Pass List Tent located on the north side of Gate 2 of Bobcat Stadium. Valid photo ID is required to claim your tickets.
 
 Visiting Team Guests

Guests of visiting team players picking up tickets for the game can claim their tickets at entrance 8 on the southeast side of Bobcat Stadium.  Please have a valid ID ready to claim your tickets.
 
 Stadium Entrances

Bobcat Stadium has eight entry/exit points.  Fans are allowed to enter any entrance with their ticket or valid student ID. Please note that entrance 7 is for exit only. Fans can walk from one side of the stadium to the other using the main concourse.  Students are asked to use entrances 3,4, 5 and 6, but may also enter through any entrance.
 
 Ticket Scanning

All seats at Bobcat Stadium are reserved for individual fans.  Fans must present a valid ticket featuring a unique bar code for each seat in the stadium.  Upon entering the stadium, present your ticket to the usher who will validate your ticket and grant you entrance into the stadium. 

Fans who lose their tickets can have their same ticket(s) reprinted at no charge.  If a ticket is reprinted it will make the original ticket invalid.  Once a ticket is scanned it will no longer be valid.

Student sections 111-123 are general admission inside the section.  Fans with reserved tickets may not sit in these sections without a student guest ticket type.

 
 Infant in Arms

Infants age 2 and under are admitted free of charge to Texas State athletic events and do not require a ticket with the understanding that the infant must sit in the lap of the guardian accompanying the infant and cannot take up a seat.
