SAN MARCOS, Texas – Freshman goalkeeper Lucia Arcos of the Texas State soccer team was called up to camp for the Peru Under-20 team earlier this month.
 
Acros joined the Peruvian squad on August 14 and will be with the team through the 25th. In that time, the team will player two matches against the Chile U-20 team in Santiago, Chile at the Quillin Complex. The first matchup is on Tuesday, Aug. 22 at 2 p.m. CT with the second taking place on Thursday at 9 a.m. CT.
 
The camp was put together to evaluate players in preparation for the 2024 South American U-20 Women's Football Championships.
