SAN MARCOS, Texas – The Texas State baseball team has announced information regarding a walk-on tryout meeting for the 2022 season. All who are interested in walking on for the Bobcats need to meet in the stands of Bobcat Ballpark on Sept. 13 at 4 p.m.
 
TXST coaches will go over information regarding tryouts, including forms, equipment, etc., at the meeting.
 
Students interested in trying out must be a full-time student at Texas State and enrolled in a minimum of 12 hours this semester.
 
In order to participate in the tryout, students must have all paperwork completed (links listed) and bring to the meeting. The paperwork must also include an updated physical and a front and back copy of a participant's insurance card.
 
Completed paperwork must be turned in by Sept. 15 at the latest.
