The Bobcats sit in fourth place in the SLC with a 15-12 record in league play to go along with a 27-19 overall mark. The top eight seeds in the conference will qualify for the tournament.

UTSA brings a 20-27 overall record along with a 9-17 mark in the Southland into the weekend. The Roadrunners are currently in last place in the Southland Conference and three games out of the eighth and final spot for the SLC Tournament.

The Bobcats have owned the I-35 Rivalry Series recently against the Roadrunners, winning each of the last eight games. The Bobcats have also compiled a 46-27 all-time record against UTSA.
