EUGENE, Ore.— Texas State track & field is set to compete at the 2026 NCAA Outdoor Championships, held at Hayward Field and hosted by the University of Oregon.

The Bobcats will be represented by eight student-athletes, including five men and three women. The men's group features Easton Hammond, Aiden Hayes, Drew Donley, Ja'Shaun Lloyd and Tshephang Dankuru, while Elisabet Runarsdottir, Lara Roberts and Charlize Goody will represent the women.

Texas State's eight individual entries mark the most in program history at the NCAA Outdoor Championships.

Competition begins Wednesday at 1 p.m. PT with the decathlon, where Hammond will open the meet competing in the 100 meters, long jump, shot put, high jump and 400 meters. The decathlon concludes Thursday, with the 1,500 meters scheduled for 7:43 p.m. PT.

Also on Wednesday, Donley and Lloyd will compete in preliminary rounds of their respective sprint events. Lloyd is set to run in the 110-meter hurdles at 6:08 p.m. PT, followed by Donley in the 200 meters at 7:29 p.m. PT. The top two finishers in each heat, along with the next three fastest times, will advance to Friday's finals.

The women's competitors will take the field Thursday. Runarsdottir and Roberts are scheduled for the hammer throw at 2:30 p.m. PT, while Goody will compete in the javelin at 6:15 p.m. PT.

Hayes and Dankuru will close out competition for Texas State in the men's high jump on Friday at 4:30 p.m. PT.

Live results will be available throughout the meet. Running events will be broadcast on ESPN2, while field and combined events will stream on ESPN+.
