SAN MARCOS, Texas — Texas State track and field placed 18 student-athletes on the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team, the organization announced.

To qualify for USTFCCCA All-Academic honors, student-athletes must maintain a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.25 and meet the organization's qualifying standards in their respective events during the indoor or outdoor season. The Bobcats earned an even split, with nine men's student-athletes and nine women's student-athletes receiving the academic distinction.

The men's honorees are:

• Drew Donley — Applied Arts and Sciences
• Mihajlo Katanic — Exercise and Sport Science
• Isaiah Kayembe — Computer Information Systems
• Manfred Mannamaa — Exercise and Sport Science
• Caden Ohara — Exercise and Sport Science
• Chris Preddie — Integrated Studies
• Joshua Taylor — Pre-Business

The women's honorees are:

• Victoria Amiadamen — Health Sciences
• Paige Archer — Applied Communication
• Sophie Daugard — Construction Science and Management
• Charlize Goody — Biochemistry
• Sophia Haberer — Applied Mathematics
• Cassandra Rendon — Aquatic Resources
• Lara Roberts — Exercise and Sport Science
• Kila Rodas — History
• Elisabet Runarsdottir — Psychology
