2023-24 SEASON (FRESHMAN)
2024 Outdoor
Qualified for the 2024 NCAA West Regional in the high jump... placed third in the decathlon at the 2024 SBC Outdoor Championships and placed eighth in the high jump... recorded the sixth-best decathlon score in TXST history (7,297 PR) at the Bobcat Invitational & Multi and placed first overall, while recording PRs in seven of the 10 events... competed at eight meets during the outdoor season and tallied 27 top-10 finishes.
2024 Indoor
At the 2024 Sun Belt Indoor T&F Championships, placed third in the heptathlon and recorded the seventh-best heptathlon score in TXST history (5,196 PR) and recorded PRs in both the 1000 (2:34.44) and the pole vault (4.32m)... recorded the eighth-best heptathlon score in TXST history (5,097) at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic and recorded PRs in both the 60m (7.35) and the 60m hurdles (9.16)... competed in four meets during the indoor season and recorded 16 top-10 finishes.
HIGH SCHOOL
Sets PR in pole vault at the 2023 Nike Outdoor Nationals measuring 13’ 9.25”… at the same meet Hammond placed first in high jump with a jump of 6’ 6”.
