SAN MARCOS, Texas – A four-game road swing concludes on Tuesday when Texas State (12-7) travels to take on 23rd-ranked Texas A&M (16-3) Tuesday night at Blue Bell Park with first pitch scheduled for 6 p.m.
 
The games will be streamed on SEC Network+ and broadcast on KTSW 89.9 FM. Live stats will also be available.

ABOUT TEXAS STATE
The Bobcats have dropped four straight contests after the Sun Belt Conference opening series. They are 3-4 when playing away from San Marcos but are winless in true road games. Tuesday will be the first of four consecutive games this week against ranked opponents.
 
Rashawn Galloway enters on a 12-game hitting streak during which he has raised his batting average to a team leading .367. He also leads the squad with 10 doubles and 17 runs and is second with 16 RBI. Manny Salas comes in batting .348 with 16 runs, 13 RBI and four home runs. Also hitting .300 is Jackson Cotton, who has hit a team-high five long balls.
 
Driving in 26 runs this season has bene Dawson Park. The sophomore shortstop has hit four homers and is batting .293. Hitting two round trippers apiece has been Chase Mora and Jaquae Stewart.

ABOUT TEXAS A&M
The Aggies are coming off a series loss at then ninth-ranked Oklahoma over the weekend. Tuesday is the first of five straight home games. When playing at home, Texas A&M is 13-0 with midweek victories over Lamar, Stephen F. Austin, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi and UIW.
 
Hitting a team best .387 with 24 runs and six stolen bases is Terrence Kiel II. Caden Sorrell comes in with a team-high nine home runs, 33 RBI while batting .382. Also hitting .300 or better is Jake Duer (.347, 24 RBI), Gavin Grahovac (.348, 19 RBI), Boston Kellner (.300, 4 HR) and Nico Partida (.333, 4 HR).

SERIES VS. AGGIES
Texas A&M leads the all-time series 49-15. Last season, Texas State won 7-3 in College Station to upset the then No. 1 ranked Aggies. It was the Bobcats' first win in the series since 2019.
 
When playing in College Station, TXST is 10-33 all-time. Texas State hasn't won back-to-back games over Texas A&M since 2006 when it won a contest in College State and Round Rock that year.
