Grace Quintanilla (74-76-76--226) continued her stellar first campaign as a Bobcat collecting her fourth top 25 finish. The freshman finished 10-over, good to tie for 18th. Rounding out the TXST lineup were Mana Hersperger (T27, +14), Briana LeMaire (T32, +18) and Ella Salama (T50, +22).

Sun Belt Standout
For the third time this season, Yvonne Chamness was named the Sun Belt Conference Golfer of the Week. Chamness also earned nods during weeks one and five, giving TXST more weekly honors than any other institution in the SBC.

Chamness has now led TXST in three of six tournaments, which includes four top 10 finishes this season, and has a team-best 71.1 adjusted scoring average. Her nine rounds in the 60s pace the Bobcats as do her 13 rounds even or under par. She also leads TXST with all 18 of her rounds counted toward the team score.

International Duty
Freshman Grace Quintanilla was unavailable for the TXST lineup at the Ron Moore Intercollegiate in October while representing the Philippines at the 31st Espirito Santo Trophy/World Amateur Team Championship. She competed alongside 2024 All-Sun Belt selection Junia Gabasa, who helped lead the Bobcats to the 2024 Sun Belt Championship. Quintanilla helped the Philippines to a tie for seventh place, coming in at even par and tied for 31st individually.
