Bobcats Add Indiana State Transfer LeMaire

SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas State head women's golf coach Par Nilsson has announced the addition of Indiana State transfer Briana LeMaire, who is set to join the Bobcat roster for the 2025-26 season.

LeMaire competed three seasons for the Sycamores, making the lineup or playing as an individual in all 30 tournaments, and has one year of eligibility remaining.

2024-25 (Junior)
Played in all 10 tournaments and earned her first collegiate win at the Hammock Beach Invitational… Was second on the team with a 78.8 scoring average… Posted a pair of finishes in the top five, four in the top 10 and six in the top 25… Helped Indiana State to a pair of team victories.

2023-24 (Sophomore)
Played in every tournament... Finished T12 at the MVC Championships as the top ISU finisher... Registered seven top 25 finishes with a pair in the top 10 and one in the top five... Second-lowest stroke average on the team… Helped ISU to a win at the Braun Intercollegiate.

2022-23 (Freshman)
Was in the lineup for nine of 10 events, while competing as an individual at one, her true freshman season… Earned a pair of top 25 finishes.

A Texas native, LeMaire prepped at Cedar Park High School where she was a four-year letterwinner. As a junior, she helped the Timberwolves to the UIL 5A State Championship for the first time in eight years and was awarded academic all-district honors.
