SAN MARCOS, Texas – On Tuesday, Texas State soccer head coach Steve Holeman announced the scheduled for the 2025 season. It will feature 11 matches at the Bobcat Soccer Complex including an exhibition contest.
 
To start off the preseason, the team will travel to Querétaro, Mexico for a six-day trip to Texas State's Mexico campus where the quad will play an exhibition contest against Arkansas State's Mexico campus team. The Bobcats then return to San Marcos to host Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on Aug. 7 in another exhibition match.
 
Kicking off the regular season will be a home match against Our Lady of the Lake on Aug. 14. Texas State wraps up the opening weekend with a trip down I-35 to take on Incarnate Word.
 
The Bobcats head to College Station to take on Texas A&M on Aug. 20 before returning home for four consecutive matches. First up on Aug. 24 is the first-ever meeting with Arizona State. After hosting Stephen F. Austin on Aug. 28, Texas State welcomes Oklahoma and Baylor to town on Sept 4 and 7, respectively.
 
Sun Belt Conference play begins with two road matches versus ULM (Sept. 13) and Georgia Southern (Sept. 18). The Bobcats will also hit the road to take on Arkansas State (Oct. 2), Coastal Carolina (Oct. 12) and South Alabama (Oct. 24).
 
The first home match against a Sun Belt foe takes place on Sept. 21 when Troy comes to town. The other four home contests are against Georgia State (Sept. 27), James Madison (Oct. 30), Louisiana (Oct. 5) and Southern Miss (Oct. 18).
 
From Nov. 3-8, the Sun Belt Tournament will take place in Foley, Alabama at the Foley Sports Complex.
