SAN MARCOS, Texas – The Texas State Athletics Department announced the broadcast schedule for the 2024 baseball season on Monday. Fans can catch 25 home games on ESPN+ and 15 total contests on KTSW 89.9 FM beginning with Opening Day on Feb. 16 against Youngstown State.
 
Four Sun Belt Conference series will be carried on ESPN+ in their entirety along with the season opening weekend against the Penguins. Key midweek games on the streaming service will be against in-state foes Texas, Texas A&M, UTRGV and I-35 rival UTSA.
 
A total of 15 games during the season will air on KTSW 89.9 FM. That includes contests against Prairie View A&M (Feb. 27), the series opener versus Sam Houston (Mar. 8) and the first two games of the series against Old Dominion (May 3-4) that will be broadcast solely on the radio network.
 
For the fifth consecutive year, the broadcast crew on ESPN+ will be Brant Freeman (play-by-play) and former Bobcat head coach Ty Harrington (analyst).
 
The TV schedule for Texas State road games will be announced by the host schools at later dates and included on the schedule page when available.
