SAN MARCOS, Texas — The Texas State women's basketball team will be conducting walk-on tryouts on Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2023, at 4:30 p.m. in Jowers Center Gym 101. 

Prospective student-athletes must currently be enrolled at Texas State in at least 12 hours. 

1. Print and complete the tryout packet (PDF). 
   1. Complete the student-athlete tryout form.
   2. Complete the physical form.
      1. This will include getting a physical, if you have not gotten one in the last six months. Physicals can be administered at the Student Health Center on campus. 
2. Turn in the tryout packet to Associate Head Coach Nathan Teymer (coacht@txstate.edu) in the University Events Center by 4 p.m. Sept. 14. 

Please plan to wear basketball shoes and athletic gear, including shorts, t-shirt, socks, and any additional equipment.
