SAN MARCOS, Texas — The Texas State Athletics Department announced Monday the broadcast schedule for the 2023 Texas State Volleyball season.
The schedule will feature 13 Texas State volleyball broadcasts on ESPN+ from inside Strahan Arena at the University Events Center, including all eight home matches against Sun Belt Conference opponents. Additionally, the Bobcats non-conference matchups versus Houston, Southeastern Louisiana, Cal and Abilene Christian will be broadcast.

The Bobcats exhibition versus UTSA on Aug. 19 will be broadcast.Â
Texas State's road conference matches at James Madison on Sept. 28 and 29
th will both be broadcasted on ESPN+. Troy, Arkansas State, and Southern Miss have not released its broadcast schedule yet. Additionally, the Bobcats match versus Tennessee will be broadcast on the SEC Network+. Further information for broadcasts surrounding Texas State's road tournaments at Tennessee and Kansas will come as it becomes available. Nov. 7 vs. Coastal Carolina – 7 p.m.
The 2023 Texas State volleyball regular season begins at 9 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 25, when the Bobcats face Marist College in Knoxville, Tennessee for the opening of the Tennessee Classic. The Bobcats first home game of the regular season will be Aug. 31 at 6:30 p.m. for 'Show 'Em State' Day against North Texas inside Strahan Arena.
