SAN MARCOS, Texas – Tuesday's baseball game between Texas State and Houston Baptist at Bobcat Ballpark has been canceled following a mutual decision by both programs. The game will not be rescheduled.
 
Following today's home finale against Louisiana, the Bobcats will return to action for a three-game series at Georgia State that takes place Thursday, May 19, through Saturday, May 21. It will be the last regular season series before the Sun Belt Conference Tournament (May 24-29) in Montgomery, Alabama.
 
The Bobcats will enter the series against the Panthers in first place in the conference standings. TXST is currently one win shy of claiming a share of the Sun Belt regular season title.
