SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas State director of cross country/track and field Jody Stewart announced the signing of 25 student-athletes as part of the 2020-21 class on Thursday afternoon.
 
"This is a very talented and well-rounded group," said Stewart. "Last year, we were talented, but young. There was a need for experience and depth, and we added that in the 2020 class. This is one of our largest and championship-experienced recruiting classes. Our coaching staff did an outstanding job in adapting their recruiting this spring to put together an extraordinary recruiting class."
 
The 2020 Class consists of two NJCAA All-Americans, six U.S. top 25 performances, 10 top-10 performances in Texas, eight State finalists, and a Class 6A Texas State Champion.
