San Marcos, Texas - The Texas State men's and women's cross country teams will compete at the Concordia University Texas Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 16 in Cedar Park. The race will be held at Cedar Park High School.
The women's 5,000-meter race will begin at 8 a.m., with the men's 5,000-meter race to follow at 8:45 a.m.
The Bobcats rested last week, but are ready to hit the trail on Saturday. At the Incarnate Word Invitational, Michelle Jones led the pack for the women with a course time of 20:14 for a fifth overall individual finish. Miguel Alanis placed 20th with a race time of 27:50.
