CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – Texas State women's golf returners Mana Hersperger and Grace Quintanilla were named All-American Scholars by the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA), the organization announced.

Hersperger and Quintanilla were selected based on their high-level academic records as well as their participation on the course. Honorees must have achieved an overall grade-point-average of 3.50 or higher and have played in 50% of the team's regularly scheduled competitive rounds, among other qualifications.

Hersperger was part of the TXST lineup in eight of 11 tournaments as a freshman and one as an individual, posting her best finish of tied for sixth as an individual at the TXST Invitational. She saw 19 of 27 rounds count toward the team score and finished with eight rounds even or under par and one in the 60s, a season-low 69. Hersperger finished with a 74.3 adjusted scoring average in her opening campaign en route to one top 10 finish and three in the top 25.

A 2026 NCAA Regional Qualifier in her first season, Quintanilla was named the SBC Freshman of the Year, a first-team all-league selection and to the SBC All-Tournament Team in addition to twice being named the conference golfer of the week. Quintanilla was in the Bobcat lineup for 10 of 11 tournaments missing the Ron Moore Intercollegiate due to International duty. She led the team with a 71.6 adjusted scoring average and was TXST's top finisher in seven of 10 tournaments played. Quintanilla finished with six rounds in the 60s and 17 even or under par. Three times she finished in the top five, while also having five in the top 10 and nine in the top 25.

The duo helped lead the Bobcats to an appearance in the Sun Belt Championship Match Play Championship after finished third in SBC Stroke Play action.
