SAN MARCOS, Texas – Tennis heads to Huntington, West Virginia, to face the No. 68 nationally ranked Marshall Thundering Herd on Saturday at 9 a.m. CT.
This will be the Bobcats' second-consecutive matchup against a nationally ranked team and its third this season.
The Bobcats are ranked third in the Sun Belt Women's Tennis standings and the Thundering Herd is ranked fourth going into the match on Saturday.
Despite dropping its last match against Old Dominion, there are still multiple Bobcats with impressive stats coming into Saturday's match.
Ireland Simme remains a perfect 14-0 in singles play this season and holds a 5-0 record in doubles play with her partner
Sofia Fortuno. Fortuno holds an impressive 10-6 record as well in singles play.
