SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas State women's basketball, head coach Zenarae Antoine, and the Sun Belt Conference announced the Bobcats 2024-25 schedule on Thursday morning.

The Bobcats will face 10 opponents as part of its non-conference slate, beginning the season at Eastern Michigan on Nov. 4 as part of the previously announced MAC-SBC Challenge. From there, the Bobcats will return to Texas on Nov. 9 for their home opener against Texas A&M – Corpus Christi.

The Bobcats will then go on the road again to face in-state Big 12 foe TCU on Nov. 13 before having two home games against Sul Ross State on Nov. 18 and Stephen F. Austin on Nov. 23. The team will then go on the road to face UTRGV on Nov. 30 and Tarleton State on Dec. 4.

Texas State will host UNT-Dallas on Dec. 8 before visiting Denver on Dec. 15 in the team's final road non-conference match up. Then, the Bobcats will host I-35 rival UTSA on Dec. 21 for the final game before conference play begins. The Bobcats will split its non-conference schedule with five home and five road games, with two of the five road games still in the state of Texas.

Conference play will start on the road at Marshall for the Bobcats before beginning a four-game home stand throughout the first two weeks of January. The Bobcats will host Georgia State on Jan. 2, James Madison on Jan. 4, Arkansas State on Jan. 8 and South Alabama on Jan. 11. From there, the team will go to Georgia Southern On Jan. 15 and ODU on Jan. 18.

Texas State will host Troy and ULM on Jan. 23 and 25 before heading back on the road to face Southern Miss on Jan. 30 and ULM again on Feb. 1. 
On Feb. 5 the Bobcats will host Coastal Carolina before the second part of the MAC-SBC Challenge on Feb. 8. The Bobcats will find out its opponent for the Feb. 8 date in January based on NET rankings. 

The Bobcats will then go to Louisiana and Arkansas State on Feb. 12 and 15 before returning home for two final home games. The Bobcats will face Louisiana on Feb. 19 before its home finale vs Southern Miss on Feb. 22. Both games of this final home stand will be double headers with Texas State men's basketball.

To close out the regular season season, the Bobcats will visit Troy on Feb. 26 and South Alabama on Feb. 28.
