SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas State women's golf returns to the LPGA International course for the Sun Belt conference championship April 16-18 in Daytona Beach, Florida.
The Bobcats enter the tournament fourth in conference standings with a 294.89 average score and
Marine Griffaut is seventh in average scoring.
This will be the first Sun Belt Championship for
Mattingly Palmer and freshman
Yvonne Chamness. Griffaut,
Junia Gabasa and
Matilda Svahn are returning to the tournament.
At the 2022 conference championship Texas State finished fourth, nine strokes behind defending champions Georgia Southern. Gabasa was the only Bobcat to finish in the top-10 and Svahn tied for 11
th.

The three-day tournament will feature one round of 18-holes each day. All rounds will have split tee times beginning at 7 a.m. CT on holes one and ten.
