SAN MARCOS, Texas – In the Texas State tennis road finale, the Bobcats will face Louisiana on Monday, April 17 at 2 p.m. in Lafayette, Louisiana.

The match was originally scheduled for Saturday but was moved back due to anticipated weather.

Texas State (5-14, 1-8 Sun Belt) split their previous weekend of matches on the road, including their first conference win of the season against Georgia State. The Bobcats earned their third doubles point this season when they ended a five-match losing streak in doubles with a court two win from Sofia Fortuno and Emily Niers

Kate Malazonia and Mae McCutcheon found their way back into the win column, each picking up singles wins against Troy.
