SAN MARCOS, Texas – Sunday will see Texas State (7-4-2, 2-1-2 SBC) travel to take on ULM (7-2-4, 2-1-2 SBC) at Brown Stadium for a 1 p.m. kickoff. It will be the first of two straight games for the Bobcats on the road.

About Texas State
The Bobcats snapped a three-match winless streak on Thursday with a 4-0 win over Coastal Carolina. It was their sixth victory this season by multiple goals.
Olivia Wright recorded her first career brace in the contest while the defense limited the Chanticleers to only four shots with just one over the final 45 minutes.
Wright has netted a team-high five goals and paces the squad with 12 points. Tallying four goals has been

Kennley Bradley and Meza lead TXST with four assists while

Caitlyn Draper has made six consecutive starts in goal. She continues to lead all freshmen in the nation with a 0.39 GAA and .906 save percentage. The Hutto, Texas native ranks fifth (save pct.) and ninth (GAA) overall in the nation. For the season, Draper has recorded 29 saves and four shutouts.
About ULM
Coming into Sunday, the Warhawks have played to 1-1 draws in their last two matches against James Madison and South Alabama. ULM has picked up conference wins on the road against Louisiana and Marshall while the lone loss was at home to Georgia State. When playing at Brown Stadium, the Warhawks are 2-1-1 with a 0-1-1 mark in the Sun Belt.
Inge Konst leads the team with six goals, four assists, 16 points, 38 shots, 18 shots on goal and three match-winning tallies. Five of her goals have been on penalty kicks. Janet Stopka has found the back of the net four times with two match-winners. Both Skylar Blaise and Lucia Lobato have scored twice. Credited with three assists has been Mara Grutkamp and Libby Holmes.
Alexa Castro and Mickael Leal have split playing time in goal for 11 of the 13 matches. The two exceptions being Leal playing all 90 minutes against Grambling and the Dukes. Leal enters Sunday sporting a 0.80 GAA and has made 22 saves with a .786 save percentage. Castro has a 1.09 GAA with a team best .800 save percentage and 24 stops.
All-Time vs. Warhawks
Texas State leads the all-time series 17-7-1. It is tied for the fourth most matches against an opponent in program history with Southeastern Louisiana and behind McNeese (29), Northwestern State (28) and Stephen F. Austin (27).
Seven of the last nine meetings have been won by the Bobcats with the exceptions being a 3-1 loss in 2021 and a 1-1 draw in 2016, both of which took place in San Marcos. Last season saw TXST win 4-1 at the Bobcat Soccer Complex behind a hat trick from
Madi Goss.
All-time, Texas State is 8-3-0 when facing the Warhawks in Monroe and have won the last four matches. The last time the teams met in the Pelican State was Oct. 2, 2020, and ended in a 2-1 victory for Texas State.
