Junia Gabasa and
Marine Griffaut tied for 49
th.
Team
The Bobcats fell two spots from their second-round finish to place 15
th in a field of 16 teams, nine of them being ranked in the top-50. Texas State shot 13-over par in the final round to conclude the tournament 25-over on the Belmar course. The team was 10 strokes behind 14
th Illinois.
No. 7 ranked Florida State finished in the top spot with 12-under par.
Individual
Junia Gabasa joined
Marine Griffaut in leading the Bobcats in the tournament, both finishing six-over 216. The juniors both recorded three birdies in their final outing of the tournament, the highest in today's round among the Bobcats.
Matilda Svahn went one-over par but moved up one spot to finish tied for 57
th.
Federica Tavelli-Westerlund shot five-over and fell 20 spots with a double bogey on hole five.
