SAN MARCOS, Texas – The Texas State women's tennis team looks to win its fourth straight match at the Bobcat Tennis Complex when the Bobcats host Louisiana in a Sun Belt Conference match on Sunday beginning at 12 p.m.
Texas State is seeking its first Sun Belt victory this season against the Ragin' Cajuns, who are coming off a 4-3 Sun Belt victory against intrastate rival ULM.
The Bobcats have a 4-4 record this season and are looking to rebound from a hard-fought 4-3 loss in their Sun Belt Conference opener at Arkansas State on March 7. Then, Texas State won three singles matches against the Red Wolves.

Andrea Fuchs won their sixth consecutive matches in No. 1 and No. 4 singles at Arkansas State.
Nikita Pradeep posted her third straight victory, including her last two at No. 3 singles.
A GLANCE AT LOUISIANA
Louisiana plays at UTA on Saturday and enters the weekend with a 5-3 overall record. Floriane Picaut leads the Ragin' Cajuns with a 4-1 record in No. 1 singles matches. Lucie Raquin owns a 4-2 mark with two victories each in No. 3 and No. 4 matches.
ULM VISITS ON MONDAY
Following the Louisiana match, Texas State hosts ULM in another Sun Belt Conference contest on Monday at 10 a.m. at the Bobcat Tennis Complex.
SCOUTING THE WARHAWKS
ULM plays at UTA on Sunday and enters that match with a 5-2 overall record after recording a pair of 7-0 victories against Alcorn State and Grambling State on March 6-7 in Monroe, La.
Oleksandra Balaba enters the UTA match with a 5-1 record in singles play to lead ULM. Balaba has won five consecutive contests, with three wins in No. 3 matches and one victory in the No. 2 and No. 4 positions. Madalina Grigoriu has a 10-2 overall record that includes a 6-0 mark in fall tournaments. She is 4-2 in dual matches with 2-1 records in No. 3 and No. 4 matches.
