SAN MARCOS, Texas – The Texas State tennis program will open its spring schedule at home against Houston at 10 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 31 at the Bobcat Tennis Complex in San Marcos.

Â
This past fall, TXST claimed six wins at the Texas A&M Invitational, highlighted by the dynamic duo of seniors
Rishona Israel-Lewis and

Â
"I am super excited to finally be back in a dual situation since last March," said head coach
Tory Plunkett. "This is probably one of the best teams I have had in about a decade and I have a phenomenal coaching staff that will make a huge difference in our development this season. The team chemistry has been great   Â
