Bryan London II represented the Bobcats at the 2018 Sun Belt Conference Media Day that took place Sunday and Monday.
With approximately 250 credentialed participants, the Sun Belt Conference Football Media Day began with an annual Fais-Do-Do (Fay-Doe-Doe) on Sunday night at the Grand Oaks Mansion at Mardi Gras World that featured live music, dancing and Louisiana seafood.
Monday's Media Day began with Sun Belt Commissioner Karl Benson's state of the conference address and unprecedented media coverage with an ESPN3 broadcast and all interview sessions of the 10 football teams at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome being aired on YouTube and SunBeltSports.org throughout Monday.
Texas State's contingent had interviews throughout the morning with ESPN3 and various radio outlets that cover the Sun Belt. The Bobcats also met with writers during an interview session Monday afternoon.
The Sun Belt Conference Media Day is the beginning to the start of the 2018 football season. The Bobcats will open their fall camp Aug. 3 and play their first game at Rutgers on Sept. 1.
