Pac-12, Bobcats Announce 2026 Football Conference Slate

SAN RAMON, California – Pac-12 After Dark is back with the release of the 2026 football conference schedule, as announced by the league office Wednesday night. The slate features a seven-game league round robin and week 13 home-and-home flex matchup to round out the 12-game schedule including a packed non-conference schedule at UFCU Stadium.

In its inaugural season in the Pac-12, the Bobcats will host Colorado State, Utah State, Fresno State and Washington State, while traveling to San Diego State, Boise State and Oregon State. The remaining game is currently set as a flex, non-conference contest against a Pac-12 opponent.

As part of the Pac-12's media partnership with CBS Sports, USA Sports and CW Sports, 100% of its minimum football slate will air on linear television. Network and kick times as well as any potential mid-week matchups will be announced at a later date.

TXST opens the season at 2025 College Football Playoff Semifinal participant Texas in Austin before returning home to host I-35 rival UTSA as well as North Texas and UIW.

Football season tickets for the 2026 campaign are now available at txst.com/tickets. Previous season ticket holders can log in to their account to renew their same seats while new season tickets can be purchased starting at just $125!

Season ticket packages include access to all seven home games at UFCU Stadium. Away game tickets will become available later in the spring and will be sold and allocated based on Bobcat Club Priority Points rank. For week 13, the Pac-12 retains the right to adjust matchups based on the best interests of the league, including College Football Playoff (CFP) considerations at that time. Projected matchups are below, not to be confirmed until six days prior at the latest. Home teams listed will not change. No team will go back to the same venue twice in 2026.

The Pac-12 Championship game will be held Friday, December 4 at the home venue of the highest seed and will be featured on CBS and Paramount+.

The Bobcats finished the 2025 season as champions of the Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl after defeating Rice 41-10 on Jan. 2. TXST has now won three straight bowl games and put together a seven-plus win season for the third consecutive year for the first time since the early 1980s. Head Coach GJ Kinne won his 23rd game as a Bobcat, making him the winningest D1 coach (min. 3 seasons) at TXST at .590.
