SAN MARCOS, Texas – Playing its first home match, the Texas State women's tennis team hoped to gain some momentum as the Bobcats were seeking their first victory of the season against Eastern Michigan on Wednesday.
With rain in the area and wet outdoor courts, the two teams played on Texas State's two indoor courts.
The Bobcats put up a good fight as three matches were extended to three sets. However, they didn't come away with any victories in a 4-0 loss against the Eagles.
