Coach Conner Quotes:Can you talk about the 4-0-1 start so far this season?"It's a great start and I'm really proud of the players. They have come in physically fit and ready to work and improve every day, especially on the mental side of the game."
What is the mindset coming into this weekend?"We want to carry on our winning tradition and our streak, but we also know that UTSA and TCU are really great programs and how they are going to come in and really test us. We're trying to get mentally prepared to be better defensively and to attack by looking for a better set up ball into the final third. In essence, we know we need to clean up things and make it better because they are going to be great teams. They are going to be very athletic, very technical and tactical. It's going to be a tough match-up this weekend."
