SAN MARCOS, Texas – Senior Ashley Ezeh has been named Second-Team All-SBC as announced by the Sun Belt Conference office on Tuesday afternoon. The Houston, Texas native leads the Bobcats in scoring with 13.1 points per game, rebounds with 6.2 per game and blocks with 18.

The 2014 Sun Belt All-Conference Teams were selected by a vote of the league's ten head coaches and a 10-member media panel.
 
Earlier this season, Ezeh became the 14^th player in program history to record 1,000 points after scoring 22 against Houston. She currently sits ninth on that list with 1,280 points. She is also just the third player in program history to record at least 1,200 points, 600 rebounds, and 50 blocks.
 
Against Georgia State on senior day, Ezeh recorded a season-high 22 points, leading the team to its 10^th conference victory of the season.
 
Ezeh is amongst the conference leaders in scoring, rebounds, and block shots, ranking in the top-10 in all three of those categories.
 
The Bobcats, after defeating the Troy Trojans in a fast-pace, high-scoring game on Saturday evening by a score of 95-92, have earned the No. 4 seed in the upcoming Sun Belt Conference Tournament. The Bobcats finished the conference season with a 12-6 record, while finishing the regular season with a 15-14 overall record.

With earning the No. 4 seed, the Bobcats will take on No. 5 seed Georgia State at 2:30 p.m. CT on Wednesday. The Panthers finished the season with an 8-10 SBC record and 12-18 overall record.
