Game Notes

San Marcos, Texas – The Texas State Soccer Team kicks off its 2011 season Friday night at 7 p.m. when it takes on Prairie View A&M at the Bobcat Soccer Complex. This season offers an exciting new element for the fans with seven of the team's 12 home games being broadcasted on KTSW 89.9 FM. Heading up the broadcast will be Aaron Alaniz.

The Bobcats are coming off their third straight 12 win season, and are one of just 29 schools in the country to accomplish the feat each of the last three years.

Sunday's game will be a special kickoff time of 7:00 p.m. against Loyola Marymount. It is currently scheduled as the only home game at 7:00 p.m., this season, with the six other Sunday home games at 1:00 p.m. All home games will be held at the Bobcat Soccer Complex.
