SAN RAMON, Calif. -- Texas State's Dameon Crowe was named the Pac-12 Conference Special Teams Player of the Week following his standout performance in the Bobcats' 63-10 victory over UIW on Saturday at UFCU Stadium. Crowe is the first TXST player to be recognized by the Pac-12 this season.

Crowe made his biggest impact in the fourth quarter, taking a punt 77 yards for the touchdown to cap the Bobcats' scoring with 1:39 remaining.

In addition to his punt-return touchdown, Crowe contributed three receptions for 30 yards, finishing the game with 128 all-purpose yards. He averaged 49.0 yards per punt return, recording two returns for 98 yards, including the 77-yard touchdown. His 98 punt return yards rank fifth all-time in a game for TXST.

Crowe's performance helped Texas State produce 658 total yards of offense while limiting UIW to 358 yards. The Bobcats scored touchdowns on their first five possessions and finished the game with six passing touchdowns and two rushing touchdowns.

The 77-yard return was Texas State's longest punt return of the season and gave the Bobcats their first special-teams touchdown of the 2026 campaign.

• 1st Texas State player to win a Pac-12 Football Player of the Week award
• This award has now been won by a player from a different Pac-12 school in all 4 weeks so far this season
