SAN MARCOS, Texas -- Texas State Athletics is proud to announce 2026 as a record-breaking year for Bobcat Bonanza where Bobcat Nation contributed nearly $630,000 in direct support of Texas State student-athletes.

This year's event, presented by Texas Regional Bank, marked the fourth consecutive year of record-setting fundraising totals. Over 635 supporters, including nearly 500 attendees at the dinner and live auction Saturday, contributed to the night's success by raising a total of $629,206. Their collective investment directly enhances resources, opportunities and the overall student-athlete experience across all 16 of Texas State's programs.

The night featured a special live performance by Jack Ingram and showcased more than 220 silent auction packages, made possible through the generous contributions of local businesses and supporters. The live auction, presented by the Bobcat alum-led team at Cowboy Auctioneer, was once again a highlight of the evening, raising more than $300,000. The event concluded with Bobcat faithful putting their "Paddles Up" in a powerful show of support, contributing more than $60,000 in purely philanthropic gifts to Texas State student-athletes.
