SAN MARCOS, Texas – As Texas State University prepares to embark on a new era in the Pac-12 Conference, Texas State Athletics is challenging every Bobcat to be IMPACTFUL.
More than a slogan, IMPACTFUL is a movement that unites fans, students, alumni, donors, student-athletes and community partners in making a lasting impact on Texas State's rise as a national athletics brand.
As the Bobcats enter their first season in the Pac-12, being IMPACTFUL serves as a rallying cry that every action matters. Whether through a gift to the Bobcat Club Excellence Fund or by supporting a specific sport, every contribution directly impacts student-athlete success through scholarships and enhanced competitive opportunities. Supporters can also make a difference by filling Texas State venues throughout the year, creating the atmosphere and energy that make Bobcat home events special. From financial support to showing up on game day, every investment strengthens Texas State's ability to compete and helps build the foundation for championship success.
"We're entering the Pac-12 with purpose, pride and Texas-sized ambition," Director of Athletics
Don Coryell said. "Being IMPACTFUL is about bringing our entire Bobcat family together and showing that every fan, every donor, student and supporter play a role in what comes next for Texas State Athletics and the University."
The message is simple and powerful. No matter how you show up as a Bobcat, your impact matters. Every act of support, pride, and engagement strengthens the identity that has fueled our rise and positions us to seize the opportunities that come with competing on one of the nation's biggest stages.
"This is bigger than a conference move," Coryell added. "This is about building a culture and creating an atmosphere that reflects who we are as Bobcats and as Texans. We want our fans to know they have the power to help shape this moment."
In addition to opportunities for fans to support the program, Texas State Athletics will soon unveil several game day enhancements at UFCU Stadium designed to elevate the fan experience and create an even more exciting atmosphere on football game days. Fans can also look forward to additional enhancements across all Texas State's athletics facilities throughout the year as the department continues to invest in creating a first-class environment during its transition into the Pac-12 era.
