NEW ORLEANS – The Sun Belt Conference today announced its academic honors for the 2024-25 season, which included the Commissioner's List, Academic Honor Roll and 1A FAR Academic Excellence Award.
In total, 178 Texas State student-athletes achieved a grade-point-average of 3.0 or better to qualify for the Academic Honor Roll, while 103 of those student-athletes hit the mark of 3.5 or higher, placing them on the Commissioner's List.
The league also honored five Bobcats as part of the 1A FAR Academic Excellence Award, which is given to those student-athletes who completed their undergraduate degrees between September 1, 2024 and August 31, 2025 and compiled a cumulative grade point average of 3.80 or better upon graduation. Additionally, the student-athletes must have participated in at least two years of NCAA intercollegiate athletics at an FBS institution. Those honored included

Anna Dunch (Soccer),
Hallie Adare (Golf) and
Sofia Fortuno (Tennis).
