SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas State men's golf will begin their 2023 fall season at the Mirabel Maui Jim Intercollegiate Sept. 8-10 at the Mirabel Country Club in Scottsdale, Ariz.
After ending last season with a postseason win at the National Golf Invitational, Texas State accepted an invitation to compete at the Mirabel Maui Jim Intercollegiate.
The individual champion of the tournament will receive an exemption into a Korn Ferry Tour event for the 2024-25 season.
15 teams will be competing in the tournament including fellow Sun Belt Conference member Georgia State, and Auburn returns to the tournament as defending champions.
This season the Bobcats return seven players from the 2022-23 season, with the addition of freshman
Connor Smith who will be making his collegiate debut at the Maui Jim Intercollegiate.
