SAN MARCOS, Texas — The Texas State men's basketball program will conduct an informational meeting for tryouts on Monday, Sept. 26 at 2 p.m. in Room 210G of the University Events Center (UEC).
To be eligible for tryouts, one must be a full-time student at Texas State University — minimum 12 hours during the Fall 2022 semester — while holding and maintaining a 2.0 grade point average. Students must download and fill out the student-athlete athlete
tryout form and submit it to the men's basketball office (UEC 210) by 5 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 30.
Additionally, the following documents must also by submitted by Friday, Sept. 30:
- Copies of all college transcripts from all institutions, if applicable
- Record of physical within the past six months
- Copy of insurance card (front and back)
- Proof of Sickle Cell Test
