SAN MARCOS, Texas – After 22 days between matches, the Texas State soccer team (4-11-1) returns to the pitch when it heads to College Station to face 23rd-ranked Texas A&M (9-3-0) Saturday night at 7 p.m. on Ellis Field.
 
Live stats will also be available for the contest but there will not be a video stream.
 
Last Time Out
The Bobcats last played on Friday, Mar. 5 at Texas, falling in the contest 4-0. TXST was held to two shots with the only attempt on goal coming from Madison Humphrey early in the second half. Taking the other shot was Lindsey Salisbury.
 
Beth Agee made seven saves to increase her season total to 82. She enters Saturday ranked third in the nation in saves behind Coastal Carolina's Ky Hudson (88) and Chicago State's Stella Chiara Chiaradia (95). Agee is also fourth in the nation in goalie minutes played at 1,505:29.
 
Scouting Texas A&M
The Aggies are coming off a 2-0 win over fellow Sun Belt Conference member Louisiana last Saturday. TAMU's only other match this spring was a 3-2 overtime loss at Rice on Mar. 15.
 
Both Addie McCain and Barbara Olivieri have scored a team-high five goals. Olivieri also leads all players with three assists.
 
The Aggies have used three goalkeepers this season. Kenna Caldwell (0.98 GAA, 20 Saves) has made seven starts, Shantel Hutton (1.00 GAA, 12 Saves) has made three appearances and Jordan Burbanks (0.50 GAA, 3 Saves) has appeared in two contests.
 
All-Time vs. Aggies
Texas State has lost the three previous meetings with Texas A&M. All of the matches have come in the first round of the NCAA Tournament and took place in College Station. The last meeting was Nov. 14, 2008 with the Aggies claiming a 5-2 victory.
