SAN MARCOS, Texas – The Texas State Athletics Department and Arizona State University mutually announced that they will begin a home-and-home football series at Bobcat Stadium in 2024 and 2025.
 
The Bobcats will host the Sun Devils on September 14, 2024. Texas State will play at Arizona State in Tempe on Sept. 13, 2025.
 
This marks the second Pac-12 Conference school that the Bobcats have contracted to play. Texas State will also play at Colorado on September 9, 2017 on Folsom Field in Boulder, Colo.
 
With the game against the two Pac-12 schools, Texas State has scheduled games against every Power Five Conference in the NCAA Division I FBS. The Bobcats also have played against the Big Ten (Illinois), Big 12 (Texas Tech), ACC (Florida State) and the SEC (Arkansas) since moving to the FBS ranks in 2012.
