Texas State Announces Game at Colorado for 2017

SAN MARCOS, Texas – The Texas State football program will play its first game against a member of the Pac-12 Conference when the Bobcats play a non-conference game at the University of Colorado on Sept. 9, 2017. The game will be held at Folsom Field in Boulder, Colo.
 
The game will also be the first contest played between the two schools. With the game against the Pac-12 school, the Bobcats will have scheduled games against teams from the Big Ten (Illinois), Big 12 (Texas Tech), ACC (Florida State) SEC (Arkansas) and Pac-12 (Colorado) since moving to the FBS ranks in 2012.
 
The game against the Buffaloes is the second one announced for the 2017 campaign. The Bobcats will host I-35 rival UTSA on Sept. 23, 2017 at Bobcat Stadium.
