San Marcos, Texas – The Texas State women's basketball team will face I-35 rival UTSA for the second time this season, Saturday afternoon at the Convocation Center in San Antonio. The game will be televised on Time Warner Cable, Channel 888 in Central Texas.

The Bobcats dropped the first meeting of the year with the Roadrunners, 56-46. In that meeting Diamond Ford scored 15 of her 17 points in the second half, to bring the Bobcats back within 50-46 with 1:26 remaining.

Texas State will be looking to split the series for the second straight year. The Bobcats also lost the first meeting last year before winning the second meeting, 87-67 in San Marcos.

The game will be the last conference game for two weeks, as the Bobcats will head to Houston Baptist next  Wednesday for a nonconference game.
