Nashville, Tenn. – The Texas State women's basketball team wraps up its three-game road trip, Wednesday at Belmont, at 1:00 p.m. The Bobcats are looking to finish their trip 2-1 after beating Kennesaw State, 72-70, Monday night.
In the game on Monday, Ashley Ezeh had a career-night with a personal-best 24 points on 9-of-15 shooting including a career-best six made free throws. She also had 12 rebounds, one shy of her career-high of 13, set last Friday against Rice. She now has two double-doubles this season, and three for her career.
Wednesday's game is the first all-time between Texas State and Belmont. The Bruins have struggled this season, starting 2-10. However one of their wins came against Kennesaw State, 57-55 on Dec. 1.
Following the game, the Bobcats will have seven days off before going back to Strahan Coliseum to welcome in Houston Baptist at 5 p.m.
