Jonas Anton Hunt is in his first season as an assistant coach with the Texas State soccer team after being hired in February 2025.
Hunt Anton arrives in San Marcos after spending the past four years up in Austin at St. Edward's University. He served as a volunteer assistant coach in 2021 before becoming a full-time assistant coach in 2022. The past three seasons saw the Hilltoppers qualify for the Lone Star Conference Tournament.

During his time at St. Edward's, the program produced eight all-conference selections and a two-time all-region honoree.

Born in Madrid, Spain, Hunt Antono graduated with a bachelor's degree in sport science from the Universidad Politecnica de Madrid. He moved to Austin in 2012 and coached for four different club teams in the area. The Spainard was the head coach for Sting Austin and Barca Academy and served as an assistant coach for Austin FC Academy. He was the Girls Elite Program assistant director and head coach of FC Westlake where he helped lead teams to two state cup championships in 2021.
