Alex Totilo joined the Texas State soccer coaching staff as an assistant coach in January 2017.
Totilo has served as a coach at St. Edward’s University in Austin since December 2013, helping train and mentor future student-athletes in preparation for the high level of play of collegiate soccer. He also assisted prospective student-athletes and their parents to understand the Hilltoppers’ recruiting processes and NCAA compliance rules.
Prior to joining the coaching ranks, Totilo played two seasons at St. Edward’s. He appeared in 14 games spanning the 2013 and 2014 seasons, contributing to the Hilltoppers’ 28-6-3 record that included an appearance in the NCAA Tournament in 2014.
Totilo will receive his bachelor’s degree in exercise and sports science from Texas State.
