Was the Bobcats starting setter for the entire season ... played in 83 sets through 24 matches ... tallied 813 assists, 47 kills, 16 service aces and 47 blocks ... was named to the Sun Belt Conference All-Conference second team and won three Setter of the Week honors, one of only two setters to accomplish the same feat in the Sun Belt this season ... averaged 9.80 assists per set ... had five double-doubles this season including 42 assists/15 digs vs UT Martin, 38 assists/11 digs versus South Alabama, 48 assists/12 digs versus Coastal Carolina, 33 assists/14 digs versus Marshall and 50 assists/13 digs versus James Madison ... had a career-high 57 assists versus Louisiana ... had 22 matches with 20+ assists including seven matches with 40+ assists ... got involved on the blocking side of things and in the kills while averaging .57 blocks and kills per set ... was ranked 79th in the nation and fifth in the Sun Belt for her 9.8 assists per set.
Junior (2022)
Played in 38 sets through 20 matches ... had 31 digs and 66 assists ... had a season-high 15 assists on 10/21 against South Alabama ... had a season high six digs, paired with eight assists on 9/17 versus Alabama ... the Bobcats went 14-6 when Torres played at least one set
Sophomore (Fall 2021)
Set the tone for the Texas State offense during most of its non-conference action as the sophomore was credited with 282 of her 330 assists against non-Sun Belt opponents … was one of just seven Bobcat volleyball student-athletes to appear in 30-or-more (30) matches throughout the 2021 season ... concluded her sophomore season with a 3.63 assists per set average ... turned in a career performance with a 54-assist, 14-dig afternoon in a five-set win over Tarleton State (Sept. 17) … also had back-to-back 37-assist outings against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (Sept. 16) and UTEP (Sept. 16) … recorded her first career double-double (assist, digs) in a five-set match against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (Sept. 16) with 37 assists and 11 digs … did a little bit of everything in a four-set match against Ohio State (Sept. 4) with 35 assists, four digs, two kills and two service aces … followed her performance against the Buckeyes up with a 38-assist, three-kill afternoon in the Bobcats’ three-set win over Rhode Island (Sept. 4) … also had 12-assist games in both matches against ULM (Oct. 1, Nov. 12)
Freshman (2020 - Spring 2021)
Played in 36 sets ... totaled 40 assists (1.11/set), 27 digs, three kills, and two aces ... registered 10 or more assists twice, including a season-high 13 assists vs. TCU (March 18, 2021) ... turned in a season-bests six digs vs. Texas (March 16, 2021)
