High School: Graduated from Odessa Permian High School... Ranked as 33rd best right-handed pitcher and 68th overall player in the state of Texas by Perfect Game... Coached by Tate Criswell... Did not play his senior year... Was 1-0 with a 2.62 ERA and 20 strikeouts in 16 innings during 2020 season... Named to 2019 All-District 2-6A Second Team... Selected as Panthers' Pitcher of the Year... Went 3-4 with a 3.73 ERA and 39 strikeouts in 45 innings... Named Most Valuable Pitcher at the 2020 Perfect Game Coastal Elite Tournament.
