Biography

2012: Appeared in 14 games, all out of the bullpen … had scoreless outings in each of his first five games, and eight of his first nine … threw a season-high 2 1/3 innings without allowing an earned run against Southeastern Louisiana in the Southland Conference Tournament (5/24) … allowed just four hits in his 18 appearances … finished the year allowing opponents to hit just .138 against him.
 
2011: Did not allow a run in five appearances out of the bullpen in his first season of competition … tossed 3 1/3 innings of scoreless ball for the season … threw one inning against Baylor (3/1), Central Arkansas (4/10) and Prairie View A&M (4/27).
 
2010: Redshirt season.
 
High School: Lettered three years at Seven Lakes High School under head coach Chad Payne ... earned newcomer of the year honors in 2007 ... two-time all-district first team selection in his following two seasons ... helped the Spartans to a 22-18 finish in 2009.
 
Personal: Son of David and Kathi Hart … born on September 6 ... has two sisters, Donna and Tammie ... major is criminal justice.
